日本とのつながり55~建築物~
スイス出身のル・コルビュジエが世界中に立てた建築物が国境を越えて世界遺産に登録されている。
日本では、国立西洋美術館がそれにあたる。
建物の1階部分を柱が支え、大きな建物が宙に浮いているように見える。
これにより、建物にスケール感を出すことができていると感じる。
インド北部にチャンディガールという都市がある。
この街の都市計画はル・コルビュジエが担当し、ル・コルビュジエが設計した裁判所や議会などが今でも現役で使用されている。
ここでも、やはり建物のスケールを感じる。
行政庁舎は高さ42m、横253mと宮殿のような佇まいである。
しかし、建物群の中にはスケールだけでなくオシャレなデザインも施され、建築家の個性が顔を覗かせる。
人智に裏打ちされた設計により、私たちは建築物を「楽しむ」ことができる。

Connection with Japan 55 ~Buildings~
The building built by Le Corbusier from Switzerland all over the world is listed as a World Heritage Site across the border.
In Japan, this is the National Museum of Western Art.
Pillars support the second floor of the building, and it looks like a large building is floating in the air.
I feel that this gives the building a sense of scale.
There is a city called Chandigarh in northern India.
The city planning of this city was done by Le Corbusier, and courts and parliaments designed by Le Corbusier are still in active use.
Again, I feel the scale of the building.
The administrative building is 42m high and 253m wide and looks like a palace.
However, In the group of buildings not only the scale but also the stylish design is given, and the individuality of the architect is shown in each building
Designed with wisdom and ingenuity entertains us.
