ローマ帝国が始まった。

80年にはコロッセウムが完成し、人間と猛獣との格闘が演じられた。

そして、30年にイエスが刑死する。

エスの復活を信じる人々によって、隣人愛を説くキリスト教は根強く信仰された。

67年のネロ帝の迫害により、ペテロとパウロが殉教している。

しかし、この宗教は世界宗教へと発展していく。

 

1世紀、西北インドイラン系クシャーナ朝が成立する。

東西交易で繁栄した。

 

日本では57年に倭の奴国王が後漢光武帝から金印を授かる。

後漢から名目上の臣下として支配を認めてもらうことで、自らの権威を高めていたのだろう。

帝国も小国も宗教も各地で目を覚ました。
